Ergo Chef President, Scott Staib, worked in the culinary industry for a decade after graduating with a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, RI. Like all professional chefs, he used a chef knife everyday and began suffering from hand and arm pain that his doctor traced to the design and edges of existing cutlery. Scott realized the need for ergonomically designed cutlery with a precision-sharp long lasting edge. After several years of development and field testing, the knives were introduced to the public. Ergo Chef provides ergonomic precision cutlery to the professional chef and food enthusiast at home.
