Payment Methods And Processing

WorkSafeGEAR accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and EFT.
Most orders paid by Credit Card can be processed within 24 hours and despatched within 48 hours
EFT payments
EFT Payments can take up to 4 / 5 working days on average to clear and reconcile. This could possibly delay the processing of an EFT order by up to 7 / 8 working days.

Please note, your order will automatically be cancelled within 5 working days if payment has not been received.
To fast track your order, we encourage you to pay via credit card as your order can be processed and despatched the same day subject to stock availability.
*You can still escalate your order now if you pay via credit card, please reply to this email with your credit card details (card number, expiry date and full name on card)

We accept Paypal , please submit the order with EFT as a payment option and state in the comments you wish to pay via paypal and we will email you an invoice with our paypal details. PAYPAL email shop@worksafegear.com, use your Order ID as reference on your PayPal Payment
If your order is "urgent" Please call us to verify stock availability on 1800 723 343, or use the comment section on your online order to request availability.
We will email you a Order Confirmation with total cost of purchase. A tax invoice will be sent with your delivery. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
